That's a HUGE MARKET that is waiting to be served.
Yet, the coaching and personal development industry (which is global) was not built for us (personal development as an "industry" began as a white folks' luxury) and is currently not supporting us, the global majority.
In fact, many leaders and coaches are causing unintentional harm.

My name is Emily and my ancestry is Mohawk/Kanyen'kehà:ka (First Nations) on my father's side and mixed Algonquin and European-Settler on my mom's side.
I'm an inclusive communications specialist who is bringing this much needed inclusion and decolonization work to the coaching industry.
Having navigated the personal development world for 10+ years and being a coach for 4+ years, I've seen and experienced the power of this work. I believe we all could use a mentor/coach/therapist to support us with all that life brings. But as a First Nations woman, something was always missing for me...
The lens of decolonization and antiracism.
The Decolonized Coach Community was created to allow decolonization to not just be a metaphor but to give you specific, tangible ways to adjust or build your coaching business on a foundation of justice, equity and inclusion.
